Q: When should I place my order? For special occasions and celebrations its best to place your order with deposit 3 weeks or more prior to your event. For weddings, it is best to order 4-6 months in advance.
Q: When is payment due? A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due at the the time of ordering, with the remaining amount due 1 week prior to the event. ORDERS ARE NOT BOOKED UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS PAID.
Q: Do you offer refunds? Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds. However, In the case that I have an emergency and I need to cancel, then yes, a full refund will be issued. If you are unhappy with your order, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. I want my customers to be happy!
Q:Do you offer gluten, vegan, or dairy-free cake, cupcakes, or cookies? Unfortunately, at this time I do not.
Q: Do you deliver? Yes, for weddings only.
Q: How do I transport my cake? For clients picking up cakes and desserts, I strongly recommend that cakes (especially) and desserts be placed on a flat, floor surface, as this is safest for transport. It is not recommended for someone to hold the cake during transport. Custom cakes often contain fragile decorations that must be handled with care.
Q: How should I store my cake? Cakes and cupcakes should be refrigerated and kept away from strong odor foods while stored. Cakes are best served at room temperature and should be taken out 2 hours prior to serving. Q: Can I freeze your cookies? Yes! You can totally freeze my cookies and they will taste exactly the same when you thaw them out! To freeze the cookies you will very carefully place them in a tupperware container. Rather than stacking them on top of one another, stack them on their sides. You will then take them out of the freezer the night before you'll be needing them. DO NOT open the container until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
